Do you know Jesus as your savior?
If you do not know Jesus as your savior
this is a perfect opportunity for you to accept him into your life.
We all like to think we are good people and basically most people are.
But the question really comes down to this all week good enough to get into heaven?
And the best way we can find out the answers to this is by looking at what God not a man has to say about this.
1. Romans 3:10 tells us this none are righteous what does this mean? This means because of sin and our lives it separates us from the presence of God in our lives.
2. The Bible also teaches us in Romans 3:23 all of us had sand at one time or another
but the good news is God gave us Jesus his only begotten son in order that we can be saved through Jesus.
3. Romans 5:12 tells us herefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned this man was Adam.
Sin overtakes everybody but Jesus Christ came to give us a way out and away from sin.
You may ask yourself how did he do this?
Let's look at what God has to say about this Romans 5:8 says this But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
God demonstrated his love towards mankind by allowing Jesus Christ to die for our sins
so that we could be set free from those sins.
Think about this just for a minute Jesus died for you while you were still a sinner.
And why would he do that?
The answer is simple he loves you and he doesn't want to see you going on the way you are going so he gave you a way to escape sin and enter into eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Let me show you something else that God says in the book of Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Because of our sin we had no hope in a future that's what it speaks about here in Romans 6:23 when it speaks about sin and death sin will really kill any hope for a good future.
But because of what God allow Jesus to do he gave us a great gift and that gift was eternal life through Christ Jesus.
God gives us a great invitation in the book of:
Romans chapter 10 :1 through 9 listen to God's invitation to you today.
9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
iIf we could only understand how much love God has for everybody he doesn't put down any type of rules that you have to follow before coming to Christ but his love is so great towards us that he wants to give us every opportunity to accept his invitation.
God says in the book of John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.
God wants to give everyone the opportunity to get saved through Jesus Christ.
And I hope that this has encouraged you to do just that to accept Jesus Christ as your savior
and to ask him to forgive you of all of your sins.
This may have also stirred up many questions inside of your mind about what salvation is.
How you exactly get saved.
And what do I have to do once I get saved?

Or if you have made a decision to accept Jesus into your heart all you have to pray is this.
Father forgive me of all of my sins for I know there are many.
And in my heart I desire for Jesus Christ to come in so that I may become a new creation
through Christ Jesus.
Help me with inside of my life to become the child of God you want me to become.
Teach me O God thy ways and put the peace that I may not have within sight of my life
and fill me with thy joy.
I believe my name is written in the lambs book of life and I will live with God in heaven for ever.
And that you have accepted my repentance and have cleansed me of all of my sins
